Patrick writes: I’ve been studying Kundalini Yoga off and on since Jan. 2003. I took some time off and got back into it in Feb. 2007 when I was introduced to a yoga system called Shake Your Shakti (which I now teach, thank you Megan). This got me back into the practice of Shake Your Shakti and Kundalini Yoga which I now practice almost daily. I was washing my hands on Oct. 9, 2007 and my guides and angels told me they were going to gift me with Yoga Reiki. The next morning I accepted the attunement and was gifted with two functions of Yoga Reiki level I. That night after an amazing yoga session where I used those functions, I channeled 6 more functions. It is a glorious system that I am so grateful for. The Guides and Angels of this system were very clear to me that all who use this system will be brought to a place of daily (almost daily) yoga practice. If you are not willing to commit to this, please do not attune to this system. Yoga Reiki is not associated with any one form of Yoga. It is available to all
