Universal Life Force Energy is the energy that surrounds us all and sustains life! It is the energy from God.

An attunement is an energy empowerment that is passed from someone who has already been attuned to that energy to another person. Depending on the healing system that the attunement is for, the attunement may simply be to initiate a subtle change to the vibration of the energy field of the recipient in order that they resonate more strongly with that energy in the future and may use it for healing. Other attunements involve symbols being imprinted into the energy field of the recipient. However the effect is similar, as a symbol resonates at a particular frequency and allows for a particular facet of Universal Energy to be tapped into by the recipient. During an attunement, the facilitator acts as a conduit to channel the relevant energy to the recipient.

Yes any one can be attuned to Reiki. All you need is a willingness to accept and receive all of the attunements. Once this has been done you will have Reiki with you for life.

A real time appointment is when the attunement or healing session is sent to you at the same time you receive the attunement or healing session. A Reiki chi ball is a method that is used to send Reiki attunements and or healing distantly. It works very similar to a distant real time reiki attunements. As the Reiki Grand Master Teacher what I do is prepare the attunement as normal and then I form the healing or attunement into an energetic ball of Reiki energy. When I am done forming the chi ball I release the chi ball into the Universe where is waits in the ethers for the student or client to call in at a time that is convenient to them. The way that I form a chi ball is by holding my hands a few inches apart from one another. As I do this I send healing or an attunement into the chi ball. When I form the chi ball sometimes I draw symbols into the chi ball for attunements that require them and other times I just channel the Reiki into the chi ball and allow the energy to accumulate into the space between my hands. There are a few methods for releasing the chi balls once they have been created. The way that release the chi ball is by opening the palms of my hands and blowing onto them as I visualize the chi ball leaving my hands entering into the Universe. I state my intention with the chi ball and release. When the recipient of the chi ball wants to call in the chi ball all that they have to do is make an intention statement to the Universe which says, I am now ready to receive the attunement to ____________ from _____________ for my Highest Good. Then all they have to do is relax and let the energy flow. The difference between a chi ball and regular/real time distant attunement or healing is that the chi ball is created at a different time than when it is received and a regular appointment is done in real time. I would say that 90% of my clients choose the chi ball method. They report that they feel the chi ball is more powerful than a real time distant session and or an in person session. Most attribute this to being able to call in the healing or attunement at a time that is convenient to them without the added stress of having to remember and rush to an appointed time. Clients that did mainly in person attunements and healing report that they feel the chi ball is more powerful for the reason mentioned above but also because they are more relaxed in their own homes, more comfortable and do not have to rush to another location to receive the attunement/healing.

Distant attunements are not part of the original Usui Reiki teaching. However, distant attunements are a successful and powerful means of sending attunements. Although Reiki distant attunements are a non-traditional technique they are a logical extension of distance healing and application of the Distance symbol. There is no difference in the energy whether receiving it distantly or in person. The experience of the distant attunement tends to be more intense. Perhaps the reason for this is that the recipient is more relaxed in their home environment as well as being able to receive the energies at a time that is convenient to them. The reason distance energy healing and attunement is possible is because of the nature of the energy used. The energy employed is the Universal Life Force Energy and it is infinite. It cannot be depleted, it underlies all of creation. Universal Life Force energy is not subject to the rules of time and space.

It is important that you achieve the right mind set to receive the attunement and feel the energy of the AM Presence/God. You can do this by allowing yourself to achieve a beautiful relaxed state. ·Prepare yourself by going to a place where you will not be disturbed for 30-45 minutes. Switch off your telephone and mobile phone and ask people around you not to disturb you. ·Turn off the lights or pull the curtains (allowing just a very weak light inside the room), and if you wish, light a few candles or incense and play some relaxing meditation-style music in the background. ·Just before the appointed time for your connection, make yourself comfortable and relax your whole body and mind.·Sit down in a comfortable chair with your feet touching the floor and your hands resting on your legs with the palms facing upwards. Then close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly several times. Simply relax and try not to think about anything other than the attunement process. The most important thing is to be comfortable and enjoy your attunement. ·Relax your body. Take seven deep, slow breaths, feeling the air move not only through the lungs but through your whole body. ·With each breath you take picture yourself as a tree firmly rooted to the ground, as you breathe in, you breathe in the energy of the earth, the energy that sustains all living things. ·At the appointed time state either aloud or silently: ·Affirm: “I am now ready to receive the _____________ attunement from_______________for My Highest Good.” ·Allow the energies to flow. The connection and attunement should take between 30-45 minutes although this time can vary from person to person. Try to keep your heart and mind as open as possible, so you can perceive the changes around you and within you. You may feel energy moving around you or see colors. You may feel sensations of warmth or shivering and or experience deep inner peace and relaxation. All are possibilities, as is experiencing nothing at all. Everyone's attunement will be different, but nonetheless perfect for that person. Remember that you are safe and protected during the entire process and that any attunement energies you receive are a lifetime gift from God. ·After you have sensed the connection has ended thank God for being with you and gracing you with His presence.

There are a few ways of sending a distant attunement to someone the first way is the real time appointment method and the other is the Chi ball Call in Method. Below you will find the instructions for sending attunements via these two methods. REAL TIME APPOINTMENT At the appointment time set up your sacred space where you will be sending the attunement. You can lie down in bed or sit comfortably in a chair with both feet on the ground and palms facing upward. Some people sit in a chair as previously described but also place a chair in front of them with a pillow to act as a proxy for the person receiving the attunement. If you use the proxy method you would place your hands onto your student or pillow where the shoulders would be located and gain an energetic connection by filling yourself with the energies of the universe. See this flowing through you with a brilliant white or golden light. If you choose to lie down or sit in a chair with your feet on the ground and palms facing upward you would gain an energetic connection by visualizing placing your hands on the shoulders of the person receiving the attunement and gain an energetic connection by filling yourself with the energies of the Universe. See this flowing through you with a brilliant white or golden light. When you feel this connection has been established you state the following intention statement: (STUDENTS NAME) (LOCATION AND DATE OF BIRTH) I NOW INTEND THAT YOU WILL BE ATTUNED TO (ATTUNEMENT BEING SENT AND WHAT LEVEL IS BEING SENT) ON THIS (DAY), (DATE) AT (TIME) AND I ASK THAT THIS ENERGY WILL FLOW THROUGH YOU WITH THE STRONGEST YOU CAN HANDLE. I AM THANKFUL. AND SO IT IS. You can now perform the attunement as described in the manual (if there are instructions in the manual) either by drawing the symbols over the pillow (student) or visualizing the symbols over the student then entering through the crown chakra. CHI BALL CALL IN METHOD You will perform the same procedures listed in the real time appointment method however with this method you will be using both visualization and intention. Visualize the energy and all the information for the student being channeled into a glowing ball of light. The color that you choose does not matter. The ball of light can be any color so just relax and allow everything to come forward as it is given to you during the process of creating the ball of light. State the following intention statement: (STUDENTS NAME) (LOCATION AND DATE OF BIRTH Optional) I NOW INTEND THAT YOU WILL BE ATTUNED TO (ATTUNEMENT/LEVEL BEING SENT) ON THIS (DAY), (DATE) AND I ASK THAT THIS ENERGY WILL FLOW THROUGH YOU WITH THE STRONGEST ENERGY THAT YOU CAN HANDLE. I AM THANKFUL. AND SO IT IS!! Now see the energies flow into the etheric orb you have created and when you feel that the energy has been channeled into the chi ball you can ask for it to be available without an expiration date for the student to be called in when they are ready to receive the chi ball. REMEMBER THAT IT IS THE INTENTION THAT YOU CREATE WHICH MAKES THE ATTUNEMENT WORK.

Everyone’s experiences will differ however commonly reiki can bring feelings of love, contentment, health and wellbeing to the practitioner because as the Reiki practitioner is channeling this healing energy, they receive the benefits as well!

This is a very interesting question. We are taught that when a Reiki practitioner’s hands are placed on or near any living organism, the energy will flow freely to where ever it is needed. Therefore if Reiki is needed the Reiki automatically begins to flow. There is no conscious effort needed on the part of the practitioner.

If a Reiki practitioner is asleep and his or her hands are placed on another person and Reiki is needed the Reiki will start flowing even though the practitioner is asleep. If a Reiki practitioner falls asleep when giving a treatment the Reiki will also continue to flow for as long as it is needed.

There is nothing to learn, the secret key in in having been attuned to reiki. Even though when learning reiki we teach you about such things as the history, principles and hand positions you do not have to learn how to give Reiki. If you have been initiated to Reiki, you simply have to place your hands on or near the body of the person you are treating, and the energy will begin to flow freely as it is channeled through you to where it is most needed.

Because Reiki operates independently of the practitioner’s body, practitioners can lay their hands on their own bodies and enjoy all the benefits of Reiki. As well as receiving the benefits while healing others.

There have been no reported cases of harmful side effects from Reiki, but there are those that have interpreted their cleansing period as negative and not continued, just as there are those clients who have had a Reiki treatment, and interpreted their healing and blockage removal as negative. When the body is undergoing a healing process, there can be short-term effects that cause some discomfort. People with a great deal of accumulated stress or emotional blocks can feel very over whelmed at first as their bodies start to process the effects of the Reiki.

Most definitely and they will love it! Animals tend to respond faster to Reiki than humans. It is really great to be able to give your pets Reiki as domestic animals tend to take on the stress and emotional traits of their owners. When giving reiki to your pets or other animals it can be most interesting to document the changes in things like their behavior, any illness they have and their general wellbeing.

Again most definitely! Plants also respond to Reiki very well because they are living energy fields that can also get out of balance and they will respond to the harmonizing effects of the Reiki energy. A wonderful experiment you can try is to get two plants that are the same and put them in the same environment (maybe near a window) and then treat one with reiki and not the other. You should definitely we able to see the benefits that reiki provides to plant life and the differences in things such as their growth.

Trees and Mother earth in general love Reiki. Many Reiki practitioners send Reiki to the planet for a general global healing. The earth and trees both live and breathe and therefore can benefit immensely from reiki healing to cleanse, balance and heal themselves.
